Woyanes’ Campaign of arrest Continues Unabated: 3 Oromos From Finfinnee (Addis Ababa), 2 From Fantallee abducted

(OLF News, September 29, 2009)  OLF News correspondents reported from Finfinnee Addis Ababa that the following Oromos who are members of the same family have been abducted and put into jail with out court order or due process of law in the capital of Ethiopia Finfinnee (Addis Ababa).

1)    Malkaamuu Ababaa,
2)    Malkaamuu Tarrafaa, and
3)    Baay’isaa Tarrafaa

have been abducted from their homes in this month of September, 2009 and thrown into the notoriously known prison called Ma’ikelawi and reportedly severely beaten under the allegation of working for OLF underground.

Similarly, in the Eastern Shoa zone, Fantallee district (Woreda) several Oromo nationalists have been put into jail on September 24, 2009 under the suspicion that they might create problems in opposing the TPLF led regime in the 2010 so called “election” by the regimes’ cadres and so called “police” forces of the regime. Among several Oromos who have been apprehended and confirmed to have been tortured, the names our reporters are able to get include:

1)    Dallalee Mi’eessoo, and
2)    Abdii Mi’eessoo.

It is to be recalled that OLF News has reported the arrest of at least 3 Oromos from Finfinnee (addis Ababa) and at least 1 from Bakkoo Tibbee of Western Shoa zone on September 14, 2009, and the arrest of at least 110 Oromos from Eastern Oromia, Western Haragee, yesterday, September 28, 2009.
